Juan Ramón Rojas

Born 1950 in Godoy Cruz Mendoza, Juan Ramón Rojas (known as Pepo) began his studies with Mendez Terrero. In 1971 he moved to Spain where he began his studies of Engraving with the Uruguayan teacher Antonio Andivero, forming the Madrid Engravers Group.

In 1973 his works were selected to be exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art of Ecuador, forming part of the gallery of the same. Upon returning to Argentina, he participates in different National Exhibition Halls representing the Province of Buenos Aires in engraving.

Since 1974, he exhibits in museums, cultural centers and houses of culture throughout the country and in France, England Spain and Angola.

Patrick Gläscher

Patrick Gläscher

Patrick Gläscher was born 1975, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón. Later on he worked as an illustrator and master before he focused on painting. He took master courses and participates in seminars, workshops and clinics.

Patrick Gläscher recreates with pencil the landscapes that faced him during his fishing days in the Río de la Plata, the Paraná Delta and his explorations in the Pampa. In his artworks Gläscher reflects the nature with modernist sensibility and clarity.

Since 1997, he participates in national and international exhibitions. His works are part of institutional collections in Latin America and several private collections.

1975 in Buenos Aires geboren studierte Patrick Gläscher an der Nationalen Schule der Schönen Künste Prilidiano Pueyrredón. Später arbeitete er als Illustrator und Dozent, bevor er sich auf die Malerei konzentrierte.

Seit 1997 nimmt er an nationalen und internationalen Ausstellungen teil. Als zeitgenössischer Künstler, dessen zentrales Thema die Beziehung zwischen Natur und ihrer Darstellung ist, interessiert er sich für die Natur nicht als tatsächlich existierenden biologisch, ökologischen Raum, sondern als einzigartigen Raum der Vorstellungskraft sowie Ausdrucksmöglichkeit. In seinen Kunstwerken wie den gezeigten Arbeiten reflektiert Gläscher die Natur mit modernistischer Sensibilität und Klarheit.

Seit 1997 stellt er seine Werke in Argentinien und den USA aus. Sie sind Bestandteil von öffentlichen und privaten Sammlungen in Lateinamerika und den USA.

In 2019 erhielt Patrick Gläscher eine besondere Nennung durch die Jury im „107 Salón Nacional de Artes Visuales“.
